The foundation stone of the organization was laid down in the year 1992 to meet the different requirements of the clients. Mr. V. P. Vernekar, the CEO of the organization is an Electrical Engineer from IIT, Bombay and Mr. S.P. Vernekar, the director of the organization is a Chemical Engineer from U.D.C.T., Mumbai. More than 30 years of experience of our mentors in battery industry has assisted us in setting a strong foothold in the respective domain.
Infrastructure
We have a sound infrastructural base that is well furnished with advanced technology machines and requirements. Our infrastructural base is divided into various units like designing, production, quality testing, R & D and so on to assure smooth production. Moreover, we continually upgrade the production machines to reduce the production time without compromising with the quality.

The grids are cast on the Wirtz 40C casting machine from US and pasting is done on Mac pasting machine.
